California Child Care Program |

CCCAP - Overview
The
CFCS California Child Care Program (CCCAP) provides
full day/full year child care services. Services are
offered in licensed daycare centers or child care
homes for working parents, parents in training,
homeless families, teen parents, school age children
and children with special needs.
Originally funded in 1980 throughout California as
an Alternative Payment Program, the CCCAP now
includes funding from three different program types
and provides services to over 700 eligible children.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for enrollment in the CCCAP program:

The family must qualify by income;
·
Parent(s) must be working, attending training or school or
seeking employment;
·
The family must work, attend training or school, or reside in the
city of Hayward.
How to Apply.
If you think you are
eligible, print out and complete the form below and
mail it or bring it, along with proof of the child’s
birth date, proof of your household income, the
child’s immunization record and proof of your
current employment and/or school or training
schedule. Our CCCAP office is located in Hayward:
